Refund and Returns
**Returns and Refund Policy**
Return requests can be initiated through the Fashion Fit - AHINSA APPARELS website by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Profile" page. You will find the option to Return/Exchange in your Order summary table. For guest checkouts, scroll down on the website, and click on the "Request Return" option in the footer. Enter your order details to proceed with the return.
**Return Policy**
1. Orders can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Special sale items are non-returnable but eligible for exchange (e.g., End of season sale, Republic day sale, flat 40% offers, clearance sales, etc.).
3. Orders with damaged packaging or broken seals should not be accepted. Accepted consignments cannot be returned.
4. Items eligible for return must have an intact product/price tag and should not have been used/washed/damaged.
5. The returned item should be properly packed and handed over to the courier person.
6. All returned items undergo a quality check. The acceptance of the returned item will be communicated via email within 1 business day.
**Refund Policy**
1. For Prepaid Returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges. A full refund (Prepaid orders) will be issued after deducting standard delivery charges paid by Fashion Fit - AHINSA APPARELS during reverse pickup.
2. COD returns will receive a coupon code worth the same amount as the order value (after deducting return shipping charges), valid for use within 90 days from the code's issuance.
3. Refunds to the bank account will be processed within 3-7 days after receiving the product.
*Note: Return and exchange requests are not accepted on WhatsApp/Instagram.*

Reasons for cancellations include unavailable quantities, errors in product/pricing information, or issues identified by the credit and fraud avoidance department. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed, and customers agree not to dispute Fashion Fit's decision regarding cancellations.
